The Process

  • Purchase the desired size and options for you pet's portrait
  • We will send you a confirmation email and instructions on how to upload your pet's picture
  • Our artist will get started with your custom artwork once the image has been uploaded
  • Once the artwork is complete, we will provide a proof for your review. Please keep in mind that only minor edits are allowed. We want to get your portrait shipped as quick as possible so you can enjoy your artwork!
  • When everything looks good, get excited! Because your shipment will be sent soon after.

Shipping

When will my product(s) ship?

We will email you once we have confirmed the order, followed by a separate email letting you know your order has shipped. You will be provided tracking information within the shipping notification.

I never received a shipping notification email

Please make sure our shipping notification email did not find it's way to your junk folder.

I have not received my order yet

Please check the tracking information in the shipping notification email. If your order shows shipping is in progress, it is en route via the shipping carrier still. If you have not received your shipment after it shows delivered please reach out to us for a resolution.

I received my order but there's something wrong with it
